• Mission: Assist with collateral field examinations for commercial lenders to ensure the quality of the bank’s collateral, reliability of company records, and adequacy of finance controls.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Deliver quality consulting services to clients of the firm.
• Field Examinations: Assist with collateral field examinations for commercial lenders.
• Collateral Review: Review and test the quality of the bank’s collateral during on-site visits.
• Record Assessment: Assess the reliability of the company’s books and records.
• Control Evaluation: Evaluate the adequacy of finance controls as part of field examinations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in accounting or a master’s degree with an accounting or finance concentration.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Strong technical abilities, project management capabilities, effective written and verbal communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.
• Bonus: Graduation no later than May 2027, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, eagerness to grow in the consulting profession in a public accounting environment, and preferred excel experience.
