Remote Investor Reporting Analyst | Carrington Holding Company, LLC
The Tone:
This is a full-time remote role at Carrington Holding Company, LLC, located in the United States. Carrington Mortgage Services is part of The Carrington Companies, which provides integrated, full-lifecycle mortgage loan servicing assistance to borrowers and investors. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of required monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, maintaining compliance with guidelines, and coordinating with other departments to meet servicing agreement requirements.

• Mission: Own the accurate and timely generation and analysis of monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, ensuring compliance with guidelines and facilitating fund remittances.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting: Forecast principal and interest advances for securitizations on a monthly basis, adhering to specified pooling and servicing agreements.
• Reporting: Create and distribute monthly loan-level remittance reports to the appropriate trustee, including Loan Modification, REO Liquidation Gains and Losses, and Stop Advancing Reports.
• Remittance: Remit funds to investors by preparing wire transfers to meet servicing agreement requirements.
• Reconciliation: Review pool to security reconciliations for discrepancies in loans and make necessary corrections.
• Analysis: Analyze remittance differences between investor accounting reports and remittance reports to maintain cash in the custodial account.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: One (1) to two (2) years of related experience, including investor accounting and reporting, is required.
• Skills: Investor accounting, financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, wire transfer preparation.
• Bonus: Schedule/schedule experience preferred; GNMA experience and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.
