What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Operations: Immerse in hands-on technical support roles, potentially serving as a Technician to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, stepping into a Production Team Leader position to oversee manufacturing processes, or contributing as a Management Specialist to optimize operational workflows within the copper processing facility.
• Sales Development: Actively participate in sales and market expansion efforts, engaging directly with clients as a Sales Representative to build relationships and secure orders, while also providing crucial administrative and logistical support as a Sales Assistant to the sales team.
• Procurement Coordination: Manage and streamline various aspects of the supply chain, including fostering effective communication and negotiation with suppliers, meticulously tracking and following up on purchasing orders, and ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination to support material acquisition.
• Structured Development: Engage deeply in a comprehensive and tailored training program, which is specifically designed to offer robust dual career paths, enabling significant professional growth in both overarching management responsibilities and specialized technical expertise.

The Must-Haves

• Experience: No specific number of years of prior professional work experience is explicitly required for participation in this dedicated management trainee program.
