This role within the Consulting & Tech Practice’s Programmes team is crucial for guiding Corporate clients through their strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring successful conception, structuring, and deployment of high-impact programs. The Programmes team, strong in IT and business experience, plays a central role in modernizing client operations by securing every stage of their transformation journey and guaranteeing objective attainment.

• Mission: This role involves supporting clients in defining, structuring, and implementing programs and projects related to digital transformation, ensuring their successful execution and achievement of objectives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Governance: Define and implement the governance frameworks for programs and projects.
• Project Management: Participate in the framing of projects, including scope definition, planning, and cost estimation, and oversee the implementation of solutions.
• Reporting: Define and create essential dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor the progress of programs and projects.
• Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate program and project steering committee meetings and other governance bodies (e.g., Steerco, COPIL, COPROJ).
• Control: Conduct financial tracking, risk monitoring, and quality control across project lifecycles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Higher education diploma (Master 2) from a Business School or Engineering School with a specialization in Information Systems.
• Experience: First successful professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) acquired within a consulting firm or an ESN (IT Services Company) is required. Candidates must have a solid foundation in program and project management, having already worked in roles such as MOA Project Manager, Business Analyst, or PMO within a consulting firm or a corporate setting across sectors like Corporate, Banking/Finance, or Insurance.
• Skills: Demonstrated teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication capabilities in both French and English; proven analytical and synthesis abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
