What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Participate in a structured three-year development program, rotating through the Americas regional engineering center and various manufacturing plants.
• Cultivate: Develop a foundational understanding of the LANXESS organization’s operations and build essential core mechanical engineering skills.
• Prepare: Gain the necessary experience and knowledge to transition into key engineering roles within North American manufacturing plants upon program completion.
• Implement: Learn through hands-on experience by initiating and executing projects focused on compliance and continuous improvement across different sites.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Entry-Level career.
• Experience: 0-3 years of engineering experience.
• Skills: Strong problem solving skills, strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior intern/co-op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred.
