• Team: Training role preparing to lead diverse teams as a plant Operations Supervisor.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Operations: Participate in a 6-12 month training program designed to prepare for a plant Operations Supervisor position.
• Oversee Safety and Environment: Engage in rotations focused on Environmental, Health & Safety leadership.
• Manage Infrastructure: Gain experience in Engineering and Maintenance aspects of food manufacturing facilities.
• Handle Business Processes: Explore areas such as Accounting, Continuous Improvement, Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
• Drive Improvement: Apply innovative solutions and collaboration to improve operations and contribute to plant success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or to be completed between May 2024 and Summer 2027, or an Associate’s degree with two years of relevant work experience, or achieved E-4 military rank or higher, or four years of relevant operational, mechanical, and/or leadership experience.
• Experience: Two to four years of relevant operational, mechanical, and/or leadership experience, depending on educational background.
• Skills: Right to work in the U.S. not solely based on a student or third-party sponsored visa; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and cultures; willingness to relocate to various U.S. locations; aptitude for both team and individual contribution; flexibility to work varying shifts, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and occasional weekends/on-call duties.
• Bonus: Pursuing an agriculture or business-related degree such as Animal Science, Ag-Economics, Ag-Business, Ag-Education, Agronomy, Food Science, Feed Science, Meat Science, Operations Management, Ag-Systems Management, Ag-Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanized Systems Management, or Industrial Distribution.
