The Tone:
This is an early career rotational development program at Syensqo, located in various industrial sites throughout the United States. The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Successfully implement and lead production performance improvement projects, provide support to the engineering department, and may manage a team of technicians.
• Process Optimization: Learn to analyze and improve current processes, manage industrial and manufacturing excellence projects, and ensure process safety and product quality within the unit.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Evaluate current work procedures/methods, propose and implement improvements, provide specialized maintenance tasks, and advise on failure analyses for reliability and cost improvement projects.
• Investment Project Coordination: Interact and work with investment projects, coordinating between different internal and external stakeholders, controlling engineering deliverables, and interfacing with purchasing and construction.
• Research & Innovation: Deploy the research & innovation strategy for a specific perimeter, potentially managing and delivering a portfolio of R&I projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, obtained between December 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. This is an entry-level rotational program.
• Experience: Successful completion of an internship or co-op assignment in a relevant industrial environment such as Specialty Chemical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Food & Beverage industries. Must demonstrate a commitment to participating in a rotational program requiring relocation for 18-24 month assignments.
• Skills: Fluency in English, ability to solve complex engineering problems, and strong analytical skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SAP or PI Process books, knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
