What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Keeping: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
• Account Management: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts for financial integrity.
• Closing Support: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings effectively and efficiently.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; this is an entry-level role.
• Experience: Strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes, combined with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills.
