What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Maintenance: Maintain the software required by DIAN for digital signature updated.
• Tax Review: Review taxes according to work papers approved by the Tax Support team.
• Authorization Request: Request client authorization for the Fiscal Auditor’s signature in DIAN, following Senior approval.
• Auditor Validation: Validate that the Fiscal Auditor authorized in DIAN matches the internal database.
• Declaration Processing: Sign declarations and send corresponding evidence to the client, such as a signature screenshot.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This role is for students currently enrolled in Public Accounting or Business Administration, having completed a maximum of their fourth semester. Technicians/technologists with aspirations to continue their studies are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: None specified as mandatory; however, prior experience in accounting areas is considered a desirable qualification.
• Skills: Basic proficiency in accounting principles, including NIIF for PYMES or NIIF Plenas, depending on academic focus. Foundational knowledge of Colombian tax regulations, encompassing national and territorial taxes. Understanding of general accounting practices, including reconciliations, accruals, and document management. Basic English language proficiency.
• Bonus: Prior experience within accounting fields.
