Customer Care Associate | Trellint

The Tone:
This is a regular worker position at Trellint, offering a hybrid work model with in-person days based in downtown Los Angeles, to be defined by the manager. Trellint is seeking a Customer Care Associate to fill a vital role in ensuring precision across monthly compliance reports, weekly auditing, and entry-level financial tasks. This position is essential for maintaining operational integrity and regulatory adherence, involving direct communication with California state agencies, clients, customers, and subcontractors. Your meticulous work will directly contribute to the company’s commitment to accuracy, compliance, and strong external relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monthly Compliance & Reconciliation: Generate accurate monthly compliance reports that involve detailed reconciliation of various financial and operational data sets, ensuring all entries align with established records.
• Auditing & Subcontractor Oversight: Conduct weekly suspend auditing and meticulously review subcontractor documents for strict adherence to service level agreements, defined performance standards, and contractual requirements.
• Discrepancy Identification & Resolution: Review operational and financial records comprehensively to identify any errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, comparing different sets of data to resolve discrepancies, adjust entries as needed, or facilitate communication with internal departments and external parties for resolution.
• Entry-Level Financial Operations: Engage in entry-level financial activities, specifically working with diverse financial and operations reports and other pertinent documents that necessitate reconciliation processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a direct point of contact for communication with California state agencies, various clients, individual customers, and subcontractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core domain knowledge in compliance reporting, financial reconciliation, and auditing.
• Experience: Proven analytical skills and strong work ethics in handling financial and operational data.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
