Entry Level Accountant | Enterprise Mobility

This Entry Level Accountant position is designed as a comprehensive development program, offering real-world business, accounting, and financial training to teach all aspects of financial management crucial for running a successful business. The program fully prepares individuals to advance into roles such as a Controller/VP of Finance, where they would oversee financial operations and provide strategic balance to the organization’s marketing and operational functions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, manage financial records, and assist in the overall financial reporting process.
• Operational Accounting: Prepare journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations, and assemble bank reconciliations and account schedules.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct branch audit evaluations, perform audits, and ensure adherence to financial compliance standards.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze income statement fluctuations, provide process improvement and cost-saving ideas, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborative Support: Participate in a timely and accurate month-end closing process and assist personnel with questions regarding accounting policies and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. This entry-level role is designed to build foundational expertise in financial management within a business context.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on their driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on their driving record within the past 5 years. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for this position, now or in the future, is also a requirement.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting procedures and principles, capability in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and managing financial records.
