What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Handle and support various daily accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue tracking, expense processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
• Aid: Support compliance efforts and filings related to federal, state, and local taxation requirements.
• Liaise: Coordinate effectively with external partners such as CPA firms, tax advisors, and banks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Produce: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide assistance with budgeting processes and essential business analysis tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as prior full-time work experience is not required for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Skills: Possess a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a clear willingness to learn. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are also essential.
• Bonus: An interest in US GAAP, U.S. taxation, or actively pursuing a CPA designation is a definite plus for this role.
