What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Maintain accurate financial records by preparing and analyzing general ledger journal entries.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and provide detailed balance sheet summaries through roll-forward analyses.
• Financial Adjustments: Accurately record expense allocations, monthly amortizations, and other financial adjustments.
• Accruals and Loans: Manage accruals and reconcile loan interest to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
• Close and Audit Support: Contribute to year-end and annual close processes, including audit preparation and documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred, with relevant experience considered as an alternative.
• Experience: Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications; prior internship experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solid written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with NetSuite software is highly desirable.
