• Mission: Oversee the accurate maintenance of financial transactions and general ledger for client investment funds.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Manage daily cash transactions and the general ledger for client funds.
• Prepare: Develop quarterly financial statements along with all supporting schedules.
• Respond: Address client and investor inquiries in a professional and accurate manner.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with internal teams and management to achieve objectives.
• Manage: Handle multiple priorities efficiently within a deadline-driven environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; candidates must have successfully completed at least two accounting courses. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply), including comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Skills: Possess strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, professional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
