What You’ll Actually Do
• Accelerate: Propel your career trajectory through a structured rotational experience, comprising three distinct 13-month rotations to maximize exposure and learning.
• Develop: Support various functions across the Enterprise, building a well-rounded foundation in essential business acumen, critical technical skills, and robust leadership capabilities.
• Contribute: Contribute to the success of diverse business units, focusing on enhancing project management proficiency, delivering effective business consultation, and applying strategic thinking skills.
• Engage: Gain valuable work experience and actively participate in formal mentorship programs, extensive networking opportunities, and direct interaction with senior leaders across the organization.
• Certify: Pursue and earn relevant industry certifications, such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) and Lean Six Sigma, to further enhance your professional qualifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated completion by July 2027, majoring in business, management, healthcare management, finance, accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, or psychology. This is an Entry-Level program.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data organization) and PowerPoint (e.g., creating and editing professional presentations).
• Bonus: Be outcomes-focused and a collaborative team member; have internship or work experience in related fields such as business or healthcare.
