Supply Planner, EMEA | Brunswick Corporation

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Brunswick Corporation, located in Alicante, Spain. Brunswick is a global marine leader that designs and develops technologies to enhance experiences on the water. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end supply planning and execution for complex products across EMEA, ensuring product availability, mitigating risks, and optimizing inventory to meet revenue targets.

The TL;DR

• Pay: EUR34.000- EUR47.300 annually
• Team: Individual Contributor, reporting within the Supply Chain team
• Mission: Owns end-to-end supply planning and execution for EMEA products, ensuring product availability and optimizing inventory.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment, and purchase-order plans using forecasts, sales orders, and inventory targets.
• PO Management: Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle for third-party suppliers and intercompany hubs, including order placement, confirmations, and changes.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify delays, shortages, and future supply risks by reviewing open order books and driving mitigation actions.
• Inventory Optimization: Optimize global inventory positioning for EMEA-owned products by balancing stock across hubs to protect availability, revenue, and inventory targets.
• Inbound Coordination: Coordinate inbound supply with internal Logistics teams and resolve goods-receipt, shipment, and warehouse discrepancies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply planning, inventory, replenishment, purchasing, or a comparable supply-chain function.
• Skills: ERP and supply-planning systems proficiency, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities; Problem-solving skills to identify supply risks and translate data into proactive actions; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams; Ability to independently manage competing priorities, escalations, and a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with o9, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable advanced planning platforms; Experience in high-value electronics, marine, or technology product environments; Experience working in a global or matrix organization and coordinating inventory across multiple hubs; Experience improving supply-planning processes, parameters, or KPIs.
