The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Travelers, with opportunities across the country. This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of finance and accounting leaders, offering a comprehensive three-year rotational experience that provides a strong foundation for a lasting impact within the organization. Participants will join a successful group of alumni and contribute to critical financial functions from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Expertise: Gain technical expertise, business insight, and leadership skills through diverse rotational assignments.
• Apply Modern Tools: Leverage modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) tools/platforms, applying critical thinking to evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
• Engage in Rotations: Participate in rotational opportunities within Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance across enterprise groups like Claim, Corporate, Technology, and Operations.
• Foster Growth: Engage in hands-on assignments focusing on accounting and controls, finance, insurance, self-leadership, and influencing others, supported by targeted learning, mentorship, and networking.
• Lead Initiatives: Take initiative, engage with diverse perspectives, and contribute to project leadership, with occasional travel required for business meetings and events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field.
• Experience: At least one year of finance, accounting, or related industry experience, which may include one or more internship experiences.
• Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Bonus: Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater preferred.
