This senior finance professional will lead critical end-to-end revenue accounting operations, driving efficiency and ensuring financial integrity as the company expands. The position emphasizes building a scalable and high-performing accounting function to support significant company growth.

• Team: Works closely with the Financial Controller.
• Mission: To lead end-to-end revenue accounting operations, driving efficiency through automation, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting audit readiness for a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead all end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Drive: Drive efficiency within the accounting function through the implementation of AI, automation, and scalable processes.
• Ensure: Maintain strong internal controls and ensure full audit readiness across all accounting operations.
• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with finance and various business teams to provide essential financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Build: Support audits and compliance initiatives, contributing to the development of a high-performing accounting function that supports company growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preparing for a senior finance professional role.
• Experience: 5+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience, with deep expertise in Revenue for CPG product companies, ideally direct-to-consumer, including those with overseas manufacturing operations.
• Skills: Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accounts payable, payroll, inventory management, financial reporting, and the ability to apply technology for efficiency in a high-performance environment.
• Bonus: CPA certification is desired, and preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast.
