What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete business objectives set together with leadership as outlined at the start of the program, engaging in a 2-year direct-to-impact development journey.
• Analysis & Insight: Provide specialized analytics, insights, and research, along with execution on projects and special initiatives, demonstrating day-to-day leadership and contributing meaningfully to overall strategy within a functional area.
• Leadership & Problem Solving: Lead cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource requirements and complexity, independently managing end-to-end functional programs, and solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to identify solutions.
• Strategic Advising: Advise and present to senior management and influence decisions, converting complex information into compelling business context and advice to gain alignment across increasingly senior stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to automate, streamline, and increase the efficiency of analysis and decision-making, while ensuring compliance with organizational frameworks and requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Graduate Degree in a related field, specifically a recent (within the last 2 years) MBA graduate with a technically focused Undergraduate degree (e.g., STEM), OR a recent technically focused Master’s graduate (e.g., Analytics, Innovation, Digital area) with a business Undergraduate degree.
• Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant professional experience, coupled with demonstrated leadership experience, a history of delivering strong results, and high aspirations and motivation for career progression to senior leadership roles within the organization.
• Skills: Exhibit substantial knowledge in a complex field and broader related areas, capable of interpreting internal/external business challenges; demonstrate sophisticated analytical thought, judgment, and problem-solving abilities; communicate difficult concepts effectively and influence alignment across senior stakeholders; and independently manage functional programs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
