Leadership Development Program 2027 | Axon

The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational experience at Axon, primarily located in Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA, following a hybrid schedule. Axon builds an ecosystem of devices and cloud software, including body-worn cameras, TASER energy weapons, drones, and AI-powered evidence management, all aimed at protecting life. This program is designed to identify, develop, and empower Axon’s next generation of leaders, enabling participants to directly influence decisions and solve meaningful problems that shape the future of public safety.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete 3–5 rotations over two years, with the flexibility to co-create your experience based on your skills, interests, and career goals.
• Project Leadership: Own meaningful work from day one, leading high-priority projects across areas such as product strategy, go-to-market execution, operational scale, financial analysis, corporate development, and customer impact.
• Strategic Contribution: Partner with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and influence decisions that help shape Axon’s future in public safety technology.
• Functional Exposure: Build broad business exposure across functions like Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Corporate Development/M&A, People Operations, Investor Relations, and various product-focused teams across Axon’s portfolio.
• Leadership Development: Receive mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, participating in LDP-specific programming including panels, speaker sessions, and leadership development opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027, for this entry-level leadership development program.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience acquired through school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or community involvement.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for Axon’s Mission and Core Values; open to international applicants from non-U.S. colleges and universities who meet J-1 program requirements.
