What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support CohnReznick’s audit teams, engaging in the practical application of accounting and auditing practices across diverse clients and industries.
• Contribute: Contribute to various aspects of audit engagements, including managing cash, performing bank reconciliations, handling accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs, and preparing essential audit work papers.
• Assist: Provide direct assistance on audits, reviews, compilations, and a range of accounting services, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Participate: Participate in resolving audit issues through the meticulous gathering of evidence and proactive client inquiries, thereby contributing to the efficient daily workflow of the client engagement team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility. Must maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall, and have successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher. U.S. citizen or permanent resident status is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience gained through student groups, extracurricular activities, or academic team projects. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills; sharp critical thinking; comfortable navigating new environments and embracing change; eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
