As an Audit Associate, you will serve as a value architect, delivering crucial audit and other assurance services to clients. • Pay: $70220–$92710 yearly
• Mission: This person owns the delivery of audit and other assurance services to clients, acting as a value architect for their businesses.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Team: Provide various assurance and consulting services as a trusted member of the engagement team.
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage clients throughout the year to gather needed information, complete testing, and respond to questions.
• Financial Testing: Perform substantive testing on clients’ balance sheets and income statements.
• Control Assessment: Test for internal control deficiencies and discuss recommendations for improvement.
• Relationship Building: Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong internal and external client relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business degree, with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the state you are being considered.
• Experience: Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
• Skills: Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Bonus: Outstanding academic performance with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
