Revenue Enablement Manager | JFrog
The Tone:
This is a hybrid position at JFrog, where the company is reinventing DevSecOps to help companies innovate. JFrog specializes in managing, accelerating, and securing software delivery from code to production, a concept known as “liquid software.” This role is critical for scaling the Revenue Enablement function, steering programs and tools, and building a Center of Excellence to increase sellers’ skills and sales effectiveness across the EMEA team.

• Mission: Increase sellers’ skills and sales effectiveness by building and improving the Enablement Center of Excellence and managing strategic learning and development initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Steer the current Enablement function, focusing on programs and tools, and be responsible for building and improving the Enablement Center of Excellence.
• Manage strategic learning and development initiatives, including sales learning portals, defining sales learning activities, tooling, certifications, and ad-hoc training camps to increase sellers’ skills.
• Develop training courses as part of the Field Academy to meet the needs of all GTM roles, including Sales, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partner teams.
• Enhance the existing process for new Sales onboarding and continuous education, while also creating training material by facilitating content and collateral creation.
• Track and measure the results of enablement programs and content, regularly reporting these outcomes to key business stakeholders, and defining operational metrics to analyze enablement efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a professional with extensive experience at a manager level in enablement, sales or sales management, sales productivity, or product enablement roles.
• Experience: You should possess 10+ years of experience, with a proven track record in business operations execution within a matrix environment. This includes demonstrated experience implementing sales methodologies like Command of the Message or Challenger, and Sales Qualification Frameworks such as MEDDICC. You will have a proven track record of producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs. Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will be adept at teaching technically complex topics to non-technical audiences. You must exhibit strong planning and forecasting capabilities coupled with a high level of organizational skills and a high degree of accountability for SLAs. Strong executive presence, communication, collaboration, and influence skills are essential, along with comfort presenting in front of large groups and the ability to conduct analyses and translate results into easily digestible communications. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a continuously changing environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System) or CoM (Command of the Message), and knowledge of the Security / DevOps Domain are considered a plus.
