What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Management: Manage daily financial records, accurately recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing journal entries according to company procedures.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit accounts regularly to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist with the preparation of financial statements, contributing to a clear understanding of business performance.
• Financial Operations Support: Support key financial operations including invoicing, payment processing, expense tracking, and providing basic reports to management.
• Documentation & Compliance: Organize and maintain clear financial documentation, ensuring readiness for audits and tax preparation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Strong foundational bookkeeping skills are required, including accurate transaction recording and ledger maintenance, along with an understanding of how financial statements reflect business performance.
• Experience: Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting, including working with accounting software and performing basic finance functions.
• Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, reliability in handling confidential information, proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Coursework or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
