Associate Sales Representative | Synectics Inc.
The Tone:
This is an entry-level opportunity with Talent Pathway, a division of Synectics Inc., which builds an all-in-one hiring platform for healthcare staffing agencies. In this role, you will receive hands-on training in modern sales methodology, prospecting, and the full sales cycle, learning the ATS platform and the healthcare staffing industry. This position serves as a launchpad, offering a clear path to Account Executive within 12-18 months for high performers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Generation: Research and identify target accounts within healthcare staffing agencies and related HR/TA organizations, then conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads efficiently using established frameworks and ensure they are routed appropriately for further sales engagement.
• Sales Training: Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to learn and apply core sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN, while shadowing demos and discovery calls to build product knowledge and technique.
• Data Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect activity and pipeline status within the CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and meticulously track personal activity metrics against weekly and monthly targets.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on campaigns and inbound leads, and partner directly with Account Executives to learn deal strategy firsthand and assist with deal progression.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, welcoming recent graduates eager to build a long-term career in SaaS sales.
• Experience: Candidates should possess basic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and everyday business software, with training provided as needed.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside a coachable, curious, and resilient disposition, suited for a high-activity, metrics-driven sales role, with a genuine interest in SaaS or technology sales.
• Bonus: Prior internship, part-time, or campus experience in sales, customer service, or business development; familiarity with SaaS, HR tech, or the staffing/recruiting industry; or a competitive mindset demonstrated through goal-orientation in athletics, campus leadership, or sales competitions.
