Admissions Counselor | Campus

Admissions Counselors play a vital role in helping students explore whether Campus is the right fit for them, offering honest encouragement and structure. Every conversation is rooted in care and clarity to support big decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with prospective students through engaging, student-centered conversations.
• Resolve Student Concerns: Identify and address common student challenges, including process confusion, college readiness, or emotional stress.
• Facilitate Enrollment: Guide and follow-up consistently with students through the application and enrollment process, clarifying program details and expectations.
• Manage Student Pipeline: Oversee a personal pipeline, making 80+ calls daily, conducting interviews, and following up via phone, text, and email.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain clean and precise documentation to support seamless handoffs between Admissions, Financial Aid, and Onboarding.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Entry-Level career experience.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up consistently.
• Skills: Clear, confident phone communication and strong written follow-up; comfort with metrics and performance targets; familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or other CRMs.
• Bonus: Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another student/customer-facing role.
