What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Identify opportunities for integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer scan workflows.
• Gather: Gather and summarize customer and market needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to guide product/service/solution definition.
• Drive: Drive the definition of a product/service/solution family portfolio through Development and Design teams.
• Partner: Partner with Worldwide Marketing to create compelling product/service/solution messaging.
• Develop: Develop insights about customer usage post-launch to inform product/service/solution optimization and refinement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience; leading software product management with a focus on AI, workflow automation, and SMB customer needs.
• Experience: Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field; demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions as a Product Manager.
• Skills: Strong software product management experience, ability to define a compelling and data-informed product vision, capacity to deal well with rapid development cycles and uncertainty, experience with agile software life cycle/development, ability to communicate effectively in technical and non-technical language, AI fluency, and a passion for applied AI.
• Bonus: Technical knowledge of printers and scan workflows, knowledge in solutions targeting small to medium-sized businesses, experience partnering with external developers.
