What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Management: Record transactions, maintain ledgers, and assist in preparing financial statements using accounting software.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts accurately.
• Financial Adjustments: Assist with calculations for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Client Support: Support monthly client accounting tasks and address routine accounting needs promptly.
• Project Contribution: Contribute to assigned accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or internship experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities, positive attitude, sound judgment, high ethical standards, and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Bonus: CPA eligibility is preferred.
