The Tone:
This is a 2-year trainee program at AES Indiana, located in various US cities including Dayton, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead high-impact projects that transform the future of energy.
• Rotate: Complete rotations every six months across different business areas over a two-year program.
• Develop: Participate in local and global training opportunities to enhance technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Engage: Gain global exposure to senior leaders across the company and receive support through an internal mentoring program.
• Contribute: Directly contribute to a more sustainable future within finance, commercial, or regulatory affairs teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Graduation from a bachelor’s degree program between May 2024 and December 2026 (inclusive).
• Skills: Advanced/fluent English; innovative mindset.
