What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospecting & Qualification: Actively prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities specifically within real estate brokerages and large teams, targeting deals in the $30K – $250K Annual Contract Value (ACV) range.
• Multi-channel Outreach: Execute high-quality outbound outreach across multiple channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and social media, to effectively reach owners, team leaders, and senior decision-makers at real estate firms.
• Market & Business Understanding: Develop a sharp and detailed understanding of how real estate brokerages operate, their processes for making technology decisions, and their strategies for business growth.
• Meeting Generation & Pipeline Management: Create thoroughly qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives, adhering to clear discovery and qualification criteria, and build and maintain an individual sales pipeline from scratch.
• Strategic Refinement: Track all activity, analyze performance data, and work closely with sales leadership to continuously refine targeting methods, messaging, and the overall go-to-market strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional. A BA/BS degree is preferred. Possesses core domain knowledge and proven experience in a lead generation or business development capacity.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a lead generation or business development role, specifically utilizing phone, email, or social outreach methods. Demonstrated experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts is required. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, coupled with a polished and confident telephone presence. Familiarity with essential outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Bonus: A self-starter who thrives in environments without a rigid playbook and can independently build their own pipeline. Persistent and resourceful in finding creative ways to reach hard-to-access decision-makers. Genuinely curious about the real estate industry and interested in understanding brokerage and team operations. Comfortable in a startup-like environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected. Exhibits strong project management habits, maintaining organization across multiple accounts, communication channels, and follow-up sequences.
