What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit/Tax Engagement: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Financial Health Assurance: Plan, test, research, and report on financial data.
• Compliance and Statements: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Specialization: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client & Team Interaction: Interact meaningfully with staff at all levels and an impressive repertoire of clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax. This is an entry-level staff position.
• Experience: Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated detail-orientation, leadership abilities, problem-solving capabilities, communication proficiency, and analytical skills.
