Finance & Accounting Internship (2027) | Owens Corning

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Owens Corning, located in Toledo, OH. Owens Corning is a branded building products leader with three market-leading businesses providing roofing, insulation, and doors primarily for residential markets in North America and Europe. This role matters as it provides interns with opportunities to demonstrate their functional and business capabilities through meaningful work experience. Interns will expand their network, gain exposure to senior leadership, and increase their financial, accounting, and business knowledge.

• Team: Assignments available across various finance and accounting teams, including Business Unit Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Economics, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Mission: To provide interns with meaningful work experience that develops their functional and business capabilities, enhances their financial knowledge, and exposes them to senior leadership.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Excel, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Demonstrate: Showcase functional and business capabilities through challenging and meaningful assignments.
• Network: Expand professional connections and gain exposure to senior leadership within the company.
• Develop: Increase financial, accounting, and overall business knowledge through practical application.
• Utilize: Gain valuable hands-on experience with key systems and tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Participate: Engage in project management, leadership, and presentation opportunities for skill development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level students who are rising juniors and seniors pursuing degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Possess strong financial acumen and robust analytical and data management skills.
• Skills: Exhibit an outstanding work ethic and strong teamwork capabilities.
