The Tone:

• Team: Reports to Program Leadership and/or Financial Advisors across various roles
• Mission: To support Financial Advisors in business development and enhance client engagement strategies
• Tech Stack: Financial planning tools, AI tools and technologies, digital client outreach platforms (including social media/website content)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand their business goals and tailor client engagement strategies to support growth.
• Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media/website content and segmented communication campaigns.
• Apply financial planning tools and resources to gather client information, build/analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps clearly.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding to drive adoption of relevant capabilities.
• Create and present business insights, reports, and readouts for Financial Advisors and leadership, sharing best practices to continuously improve strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success.
• Experience: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing; Firm sponsorship for Series 7 and 63 exams provided with required completion within a timeframe; a two-year and three-month commitment to the program.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills; flexibility and adaptability with new technologies and processes; numerical aptitude and comfort with data/metrics; organizational skills; an analytic mindset with great attention to detail; high motivation and commitment to working hard in a competitive environment; ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure.
• Bonus: Experience in prompt engineering, a strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, and hands-on experience in optimizing AI-driven solutions.
