This role is crucial for maintaining the business’s financials, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial statements, and supporting departmental goals by serving as a resource to the executive team.

• Mission: Maintain the business’s financials and ensure accurate, timely processing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to support short- and long-range planning.
• Reconciliations: Prepare monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Financial Transactions: Substantiate financial transactions through document auditing.
• Compliance: Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Reporting: Review accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field of study.
• Experience: Required experience with NetSuite or other accounting software.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, and well-organized with a detail-oriented approach.
• Bonus: 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred.
