Salesforce Technical Product Owner | Motorola Solutions

What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Strategy: Develop a clear technical product strategy and multi-year vision for Salesforce, defining the product’s long-term roadmap while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead Sales projects and programs by coordinating with cross-functional IT teams and business partners, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with customer satisfaction and business goals.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy custom solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, transforming business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Architectural Governance: Enforce architectural design reviews and governance frameworks to prevent platform disruptions, ensuring all shared objects and permissions are identified before implementation.
• Technical Debt & Expertise: Identify and prioritize opportunities for code cleanup, component redesign, and technical debt reduction to maintain environment stability, while continuously deepening expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud features for ongoing improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with a strong understanding of sales business processes.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5-6 years as a Salesforce Technical Product Owner or Salesforce Consultant specializing in Sales Cloud. Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex Salesforce projects and architectural reviews.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, focusing on outcomes to creatively solve business problems.
• Bonus: Salesforce certifications are highly preferred. Demonstrated success in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, ability to navigate ambiguous situations, and experience working in an agile development environment managing product backlogs.
