• Team: Accounting and Finance, reporting to a manager
• Mission: Perform operational finance and control activities, and collect, interpret, and report financial information to drive business forward.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Applications, data management software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Initiatives: Collaborate closely with your manager on specific initiatives that propel business objectives forward.
• Conduct Operations: Perform operational finance and control activities in adherence to established principles and standards.
• Report Information: Collect, interpret, and report essential information concerning financial and control activities.
• Broaden Knowledge: Learn about the finance role within various functional areas, including Treasury, Tax, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Business Units, Internal Audit, and Corporate Accounting.
• Engage & Learn: Interact with company leaders and engage in specialized training and development opportunities to deepen industry understanding and acquire valuable leadership experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Competence with Microsoft Office Applications and adeptness with data management software.
• Skills: Strong aptitude in analytics, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a motivation to succeed.
