This is a two-year rotational program at Acuity, located in Atlanta, GA. The Finance & Accounting BUILD program is designed to develop high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals, providing hands-on experience and building broad business understanding and functional expertise. Upon program completion, participants will be prepared to contribute to future career opportunities across the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate through different functional areas every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency across Acuity’s Finance & Accounting departments.
• Contribute to various Finance & Accounting operations, exploring areas such as Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Shared Services, or Audit based on business needs and individual interests.
• Collaborate with program peers to learn about diverse business processes and initiatives, regularly sharing rotational learnings and performance insights in leadership report-out meetings.
• Participate in personal growth activities, including specialized onboarding, one-on-one mentorship from a Finance & Accounting leader, and social and networking events.
• Take an active role in personal development, continuously seeking feedback and solving problems to build the business, professional, and technical skills needed for future career opportunities at Acuity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrated problem-solving, strong time-management, critical thinking, and learning agility.
• Bonus: Less than two years of related work experience, leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes, and a team-oriented approach with a drive to take initiative are highly preferred.
