• Pay: $56220–$70280 USD yearly
• Mission: This person will ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of Stop Loss claims.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Claims Payment: Analyze and determine claims payment in an accurate and timely manner.
• Customer Relationships: Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Problem Solving: Lead problem solving initiatives within a team environment.
• Project Support: Assist with other assigned duties and projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior claims professional with a High School Diploma or GED, possessing foundational knowledge in insurance claims.
• Experience: 3+ years of insurance claims experience, with a preference for Stop Loss or medical claims background.
• Skills: Effective customer service, proven analytical and problem solving, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a workflow environment.
• Bonus: Bachelor Degree, 3+ years of Stop Loss claims experience, Proficiency in Excel.
