This role provides hands-on experience in accounting and auditing practices, allowing students to support audit teams, gain exposure to diverse clients, and accelerate their professional development. The internship is designed to launch an accounting career within a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Engagement: Prepare audit work papers and support all aspects of an audit engagement, including cash reconciliations, accounts payable, and searching for unrecorded liabilities.
• Service Assistance: Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services for various clients.
• Issue Resolution: Help resolve audit issues by obtaining necessary evidence and making inquiries of clients.
• Client Workflow: Support the team with daily client workflow and various engagement tasks.
• Exposure & Mentorship: Gain exposure to diverse clients and industries while collaborating with seasoned professionals and receiving mentorship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Experience: Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall; successful completion of Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher; leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects.
• Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrate sharp critical thinking, possess advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and be eager to learn new technologies.
• Bonus: Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change.
