• Mission: Drive powerful insights for brands like Nike, Apple, and Intuit by applying analytical skills and a business mindset to real client challenges, using PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to shape marketing strategies.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Alli (proprietary operating system, advanced analytics platform, generative AI tools like Ask Alli and Alli Business Insights, retail media, creator intelligence, agentic media-buying capabilities), data visualization tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transform data into compelling insights that drive client impact through an intensive 8-week onboarding program.
• Handle projects by getting hands-on with data and utilizing Alli to uncover insights that shape marketing strategies.
• Master SQL, data visualization, and Alli, including AI-powered research and insights tools, to become a well-rounded analyst.
• Utilize Alli’s advanced analytics platform to analyze complex datasets within a marketing and media context for solving business problems.
• Layer in Alli’s generative AI tools, such as Ask Alli and Alli Business Insights, to accelerate the process from question to insight.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Summer 2026 and December 2026 in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Exposure to SQL or a similar query language; relevant internships or project experience demonstrating readiness to work with data and connect insights to outcomes.
• Skills: Analyzing complex datasets; SQL proficiency; data visualization; critical thinking; applying data-driven thinking to business and marketing challenges.
• Bonus: Excitement to develop both technical and strategic skills.
