The Tone:
This is an 8-week summer internship program with Comfort Systems USA, located in Greater Houston. The Early Careers Program is designed to provide real-world work experience to students pursuing a degree in fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, and IT. This program aims to equip students with the knowledge, tools, and resources essential for a successful transition into the professional world. Interns will contribute across various business functions, gaining valuable practical experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Teamwork: Cooperate with department members, sharing information and utilizing innovations to participate in group decisions and accept additional assignments.
• Autonomy: Operate with self-sufficiency, making self-directed decisions while supporting other team members within the department.
• Rotation: Rotate through various divisions of responsibility, contributing ideas to foster business growth and improvement.
• Project Work: Accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present a final project during the internship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Hospitality, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively; excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to work well with others.
