Sales Trainee | Red Bull Distribution Company

The Tone:
This is an entry-level training role for the Red Bull Distribution Company, an organization focused on distributing Red Bull products across various large and small format “off premise” stores. Located in various in-person routes, this position is crucial for supporting sales initiatives, ensuring product availability and presentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. It serves as a foundational step, preparing individuals for future Account Sales Manager roles within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Train for future roles: Successfully participate in a comprehensive training program to become eligible for Account Sales Manager positions.
• Build brand presence: Understand Red Bull products and brand standards, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain freshness and setting brand flow according to company standards.
• Prepare for daily tasks: Obtain necessary sales tools like insights, displays, Point of Sale materials, and pricing information, and effectively communicate daily priorities with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers.
• Execute in-store strategy: Provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers as needed, meeting daily Key Performance Indicators focused on sales, distributions, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support sales operations: Assist the team with audits, blitz events, building of displays, and general merchandising efforts to effectively drive the sales business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles is beneficial.
• Experience: No specific years required. Must possess a valid US Driver’s License and be able to obtain a DOT Medical card. Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Skills: Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays, effective communication, professional customer relationship management, adherence to Red Bull executional standards.
• Bonus: Experience in customer service and sales.
