What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Contact: Serve as the customer’s primary contact, guiding them through the entire home loan process.
• Team Training: Coach and mentor retail branch teams, providing training on home lending products and services.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with bankers to engage customers, meet their financial needs, and introduce additional Chase products and services.
• Marketing Initiatives: Partner with your team on marketing strategies, including direct mail, digital campaigns, and cross-sell initiatives, to enhance the customer experience.
• Branch Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with assigned retail branches to drive mortgage loan originations within designated territories.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in retail banking, specifically in mortgage lending.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Demonstrated consultative skills for providing financial recommendations.
• Bonus:
• Direct FHA/VA sales experience.
• Proficiency in marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
