This role is a key part of the Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS), designed to develop emerging talent into future leaders across various functions, countries, and brands. As part of the Quality path within GPS, you will contribute directly to a strategic area that is central to transformation, performance, and innovation, ensuring decisions have a real business impact.

• Mission: To contribute to real business challenges within the Quality organization, developing skills and perspective to grow into roles with increasing impact and leadership responsibility.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundation Building: Join a dedicated Quality team to take ownership of concrete activities and build strong functional foundations within the organization.
• Project-Based Assignments: Participate in four targeted, project-based assignments over two years, gaining experience across Manufacturing, Control Tower & Field Quality, Launch, Customer Experience, and Technical Safety Regulatory & Compliance (TSRC).
• Operational Development: Expand your operational experience across diverse functions, teams, projects, and geographical contexts within the Quality domain.
• Challenge Navigation: Work on real business challenges, translating ideas into execution while navigating complexity and ambiguity within end-to-end systems.
• Collaborative Impact: Collaborate across organizations, countries, and teams to contribute to complex challenges and foster a global perspective.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Entry-Level career status focused on developing into future managerial and leadership roles.
• Experience: Motivation for cross-functional and global experiences, demonstrating curiosity and learning agility, and enjoying the resolution of complex challenges. Comfort in multicultural environments and readiness to quickly assume responsibility are essential.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in English to support clear communication and collaboration across teams, functions, and geographies.
