What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a one-year rotational program across various business areas within The HNI Company.
• Develop: Gain cross-functional experience in manufacturing, product development, quality, supply chain, and front-line leadership.
• Collaborate: Work closely with multiple functions to gain a holistic view of the business and culture.
• Learn: Build solid, hands-on foundational skills within a lean manufacturing environment.
• Contribute: Provide a meaningful contribution to the business through learning while doing, with ongoing mentoring and guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Four-year degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Career level is entry-level.
• Experience: Supply chain internship or work experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Problem-solving, adaptability, strong communication, teamwork, and leadership characteristics.
• Bonus: High academic achievement with a minimum 2.8 GPA, and active participation in college activities.
