The Tone:
This is a full-time analyst program at JPMorganChase, located in New York Metro, Chicago, Palo Alto, and Plano. JPMorganChase is one of the oldest financial institutions, with a history spanning over 200 years, offering innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients globally. The Innovation Development Program focuses on cultivating the next generation of product managers who are dedicated to continuous innovation, driving enhancements, and creating cutting-edge solutions for complex challenges within the Global Banking lines of business.

• Team: Global Banking Innovation Development Program cohort, supporting Global Banking lines of business across functional, business, and product teams such as Digital, Solutions, Transformation, Product, Marketing, and Business Architecture.
• Mission: To develop next-generation product managers focused on continuous innovation and creating cutting-edge solutions for Global Banking clients.
• Tech Stack: Python, Java, SQL

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Build foundational skills and take on mission-critical responsibilities within Global Banking.
• Analyze: Combine strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to answer complex business questions.
• Present: Communicate findings and insights effectively to key stakeholders.
• Learn: Build a deep knowledge of JPMorganChase’s business operations and products.
• Design: Use an innovation mindset to create client experiences and solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Entry-Level; Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale; desire for creating positive change through financial services.
• Experience: Graduating between December 2026 to June 2027; demonstrated leadership experience in school or community; relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable navigating through ambiguity; intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn; ability to formulate questions, suggestions, and next steps based in logic with little direction; ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python, Java, SQL.
