Kohler Leadership Development Program – Operations & Supply Chain | Kohler Co.
The Tone:
This is a full-time, onsite role at Kohler Co., located 4 days a week in Kohler, WI. Kohler Co. is a global organization with over 30,000 associates dedicated to driving meaningful change and helping people live gracious, healthy, and sustainable lives. This program is designed to accelerate the development of future leaders who will make an immediate and lasting impact across the business within Operations and Supply Chain. Participants will gain broad exposure and build essential capabilities to solve complex challenges within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze end-to-end processes, data, and material flows to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.
• Partner: Partner cross-functionally with teams across plants, distribution centers, corporate functions, and business units to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
• Apply: Apply Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods to standardize processes, reduce waste, improve reliability, and strengthen operational performance.
• Develop: Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and executive-level report outs.
• Build: Build leadership capability through hands-on exposure to frontline operations, understanding team performance, daily management, and shop floor decision-making.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain no later than June 2026.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship. Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, campus organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or prior work experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data, identify trends, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across functions and build stakeholder relationships. Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing business priorities, and take initiative in shaping solutions.
• Bonus: Interest in building a career in operations and supply chain leadership, with flexibility to rotate across functions, teams, and U.S. operational sites.
