What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a foundational leadership experience and become acquainted with key Business Unit support functions like Marketing, HR, HSE, Fuel, Facilities, and Finance.
• Gain a deep understanding of the operational people and processes crucial for effective market management within a large-scale convenience retail business.
• Shadow and assist a high-performing Market Manager, steadily accumulating skills and responsibilities in preparation for a leadership role.
• Assume the role of a certified Market Manager for an assigned territory, applying learned skills to oversee multiple store operations.
• Manage various aspects of market operations, including recruiting and training store managers, optimizing revenue growth, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance and consistent customer service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional who is a recent college graduate with a degree in business management or a related field.
• Experience: Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets, along with a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent time management and organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, and an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior retail experience is highly desirable.
