• Mission: Ensure timely invoice submission and follow-up while assisting with treasury reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Monitoring: Review customer third-party portals to monitor invoice status.
• Invoice Resolution: Navigate customer portal interfaces to resubmit invoices or supporting documentation as needed.
• Dispute Communication: Communicate invoice disputes or exceptions to the Accounts Receivable team, addressing pricing, quantity, and purchase order issues.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly treasury, cash, and banking reports.
• Financial Reconciliation & Audit: Assist with intercompany account reconciliations, research outstanding differences, and support external audit requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Entry-Level career level.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related coursework preferred; ability to responsibly manage sensitive or confidential information; self-starter with the ability to work independently; willingness to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems.
