What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including many Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing needs effectively in a challenging environment.
• Business Operations: Run a business and quickly solve problems for customers, utilizing ongoing training in sales processes, technology, and company culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred; no specific years required.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills; results-oriented; attention to detail; good time management skills; a valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Bonus: Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
